HPNOTIQ RECEIVES A ‘CELEBRITY’ STYLE WELCOME IN THE UK

Drinks group Allied Domecq Spirits & Wine (UK) Ltd (ADUK) has today confirmed rumours that they have been forced to seriously revise import scheduling of US sensation HPNOTIQ in order to keep pace with demand from UK customers.

 

Launched in September in the UK, ADUK has adopted a selective distribution strategy to ensure that HPNOTIQ finds its way into top end style bars in major towns and cities across the country.

 

Neil Anderson, Luxury Brands Marketing Manager for ADUK said: " Initial reaction to the brand in the on trade has been incredible. The groundswell that HPNOTIQ has created in the USA has definitely started to happen right here in the UK market”.

Trade customers are also reporting an exceptional response to the brand. Chris Alba of Venus & Co said: “HPNOTIQ is distinctive, contemporary and premium. The reaction we have had amongst our customers has been fantastic and we are delivering the product out to our customers as soon as it comes into our warehouse.  It has certainly captured the attention of the market.”

Targeting 21 – 35 year old sophisticated, hip and stylish ‘aspiring celebrities,’ ADUK has embarked on a high profile consumer PR programme behind HPNOTIQ, the first part of which saw the brand sharing the stage with high profile American rap band D12.    Supported by a strong brand presence in the VIP bar and after show party area the event was the catalyst for a series of VIP guest events taking place in leading style bars across the UK, commencing in November.

 “Our team are currently averaging a 90% success rate on presentations to accounts,” said Anderson. “Which for a brand so new to the market is truly incredible.”

HPNOTIQ combines the most exceptional characteristics of triple distilled, charcoal filtered vodka, fine cognac and natural tropical fruit juices to create an irresistible taste.
